When I’ve done large copy reviews, I usually put it into a google doc or invision prototype and send it out to the team before hand to review. At Opower we had a content strategist who was in charge of reviewing all the content. Not all designers specialized in writing, so it made more sense to funnel it through one person who could edit for content structure, clarity, and grammar.
